P90X2: Week 7, day 2 Plyocide

I got home late tonight from my Valentines Day festivities and I initially had the intent of swapping my workout days because tomorrow is a recovery type of day.

I couldn’t do it.  I couldn’t sleep knowing that I didn’t fulfill my commitment yet.  So, at 1:30AM, I got on my clothes and I went downstairs to push play.

I’m glad I did.  I have the luxury of not needing to be up at a particular time, but I do need to get up early lest I waste my day.  I was even initially planning on taking it a little easy but once it got started, it was on.

Despite my indulgences from earlier in the day, I performed as well as ever and my post workout weight came out to be about 177.5.  I’ve only got to make 170 to reach my overall weight goal, I’m pretty sure that’s in the bag!
