10 Minute Trainer

Can’t find time to workout because you have kids?  Work keep you too late so it’s hard to set aside the time with all of the other commitments and responsibilities?

Tony Horton and Beachbody have a great solution for you in 10-Minute Trainer!  Don’t think that 10 minutes is enough time to get in a good workout?  Trust me, I still utilize these workouts from time to time because they are a great way to effectively engage multiple muscle groups at the same time for a short period of time.  Still have a little extra time?  Great!  Line up another workout and keep up the sweat!  These bite-sized, modular workouts can be stacked back to back or several times throughout the day if you can squeeze in another quick 10 minutes.  A great way to get yourself started because doing something is better than nothing and 10 Minute Trainer is a whole lot of something in a short amount of time!
